This is a water bottle label design for my Typography & Page Layout class at Full Sail University. We were instructed to choose one of seven different mythical deities to use as the name and branding for a water bottle. We had to choose colors and fonts that added to our design. Nutritional info, barcode, recycle symbol, company info, volume, logo, and branding all needed to be included. I chose the deity Shakti. Shakti is the mother goddess, the source of all, the universal principle of energy, power or creativity and manifests through female embodiment, creativity & fertility. Because I chose Shakti, I decided to market towards pregnant women and those trying to become pregnant. I chose a glass bottle design instead of a plastic bottle. I also decided to use purified water and chose to use pastel colors associated with babies.
